Decoupage Productions is a full service production company specializing in live-action shooting, post production services, and the development of original content.

At Decoupage, our philosophy is that innovation demands efficient, cost-effective solutions. We believe that production can be fun, creative can be limitless, and that the right team is the key to any successful production. Decoupage excels in pairing clients with a team tailored to meet their creative needs. Our years of experience in both live and taped formats, paired with the knowledge of creative development and post production technology, make us capable of managing and executing even the most complex creative endeavors. Our Team

Tara Power

Co-Founder/Executive Producer

Tara Power runs Decoupage’s New York office and oversees all production and operations on the East Coast. She started her career as a production freelancer in feature films and commercials and prior to co-founding Decoupage, she spent years on the network side serving as Director of Production for Nickelodeon’s On-Air divisions. Tara’s experience falls across live and taped formats and her credits include work such as The Kids Choice Awards Pre-Show, MeTV and TeeNick for Nickelodeon, Comedy Central’s Chappelle’s Show, and David Mamet’s Spartan, as well as countless commercials, promotional and branded content.

Tara aspires to always create an inspirational environment that is productive and fun, which she thinks is evident in the company’s work. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Film & Television Production and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and son. She loves the beach, a good glass of wine, a great cup of coffee, and fireworks displays (no holiday necessary).

Joselyn Allen

Co-Founder/Executive Producer

Based in Los Angeles, Joselyn moved west from New York City in early 2016 after living in NYC for 14 years. She received her BFA from Boston University in 2001 and co-founded Decoupage with Tara in 2009. Before starting Decoupage she worked in the film/television industry freelancing as a Production Manager and Line Producer on various commercials and other short form content in both NYC and the Boston area.

Joselyn heads up Decoupage’s Los Angeles office and the company’s west coast content. She has an eye for all things artistic and spearheads the team’s creative endeavors, from content to office decor. Joselyn’s favorite thing in the world is horse racing. She also enjoys fine wine, hotdogs and entertaining in her backyard in Highland Park. She is deathly afraid of submarines.

Tina Pavlides

Producer

Tina Pavlides has been working with Decoupage Productions since 2011.
Since landing in Los Angeles in 2004 she has line produced for clients like Warner Brothers Studios, Nickelodeon, Netflix, Hulu and Sony Crackle as well as numerous independent features, pilots and trailers. Notable projects include 2015 and 2016 WGAW Award Shows, MUTED, which was licensed by HBO and Slime Cup 2016 for Nickelodeon. She has worked with such talent as Macaulay Culkin, Lisa Kudrow, Eliza Dushku, Sarah Hyland, Molly Sims, Chandra Wilson, Rosario Dawson and Malcolm-Jamal Warner.
She is fueled by her relentless passion for thought-provoking projects that inspire and promote understanding…and by a good cheeseburger with pineapple!

Jennifer Santos

Production Manager

A Brooklyn NY native, Jennifer began her career working as an intern for TLC’s “ A Baby Story”. After coming across, and being accepted into the “Made in NY PA training program” and completing its course, she quickly transitioned into working as a production assistant on many feature films and network television shows. Emerging as a success story, she was asked by the Mayors Office of Film to be featured in an ABC news segment and became one of the faces in a citywide print campaign to promote the program. From there she worked her way into the locations department, working on features such as “The Smurfs Movie” and as a locations coordinator on the Netflix show “Orange is the New Black”. With her experience in the industry, she was able to transition into the role of production coordinator on branded content shoots. Jennifer joined the Decoupage team in 2013 as production manager of our east coast office, quickly becoming an invaluable asset to our company.

Jennifer graduated with her B.S in Broadcast Communications from Southeastern University. She enjoys travel, dark chocolate, and Sunday brunch.
